Sämsta dagen på länge…

Idag har varit en av de sämsta dagarna på länge. Trots det har jag lyckats äta relativt bra och rört på mig en hel del.

Min morgon började med en busstur ner till stan, för ett möte. Detta möte ledde till två andra möten innan jag kunde gå hem. Att gå hem från stan tog ca 30 min och då gick jag i lugn takt.

När jag kom hem var det dags att ordna lunch, för att sedan samla ihop tvätt för ett tvättpass nere i tvättstugan. Jag bor på tredje våningen och tvättstugan ligger nere i källaren, så fyra våningar ska bäras ner med tvätt och fyra våningar med tvätt ska bäras upp igen.  Idag valde jag att enbart tvätta två maskiner, för att jag var ledsen efter mötena och orkade egentligen inte tvätta alls. Men behovet av rena kläder var påtagligt. Tror jag ska fortsätta med att tvätta två maskiner istället för fyra-sex maskiner/pass. Brukar i vanliga fall ha oerhört ont i ryggen de dagar jag har tvättid, men inte efter idag.

Under tiden jag tvättade satt jag och skrev på en bok, som jag börjat skriva för ett år sedan. Jag skriver den för min egen skull, när den är klar får jag se om jag låter någon annan läsa den 😉 Men det är lite terapi för mig att skriva av mig när jag mår dåligt över något. Idag fick jag flera negativa besked, som blev lite för mycket. När jag skrivit av mig och tvätten var klar, kände jag att jag behövde ut och gå.

Det blev en promenad till min särbo. I vanliga fall brukar det ta ca 20 min, men idag tog det 30 min. Jag kände att behovet av en snabb PW var inte det min kropp ville idag. Den vill bara ut och hämta energi. Han var ihärdig med om jag hade ätit något, så han ”proppsade” på att han fick ge mig lite mat i magen. Trots att jag inte var hungrig, åt jag med god aptit, en bratwurst med potatismos. Så gott!  När jag skulle gå hem, följde han med och vi gick en extra liten runda. När jag kom hem tog jag ett glas blåbärs proviva, då min mage inte mått så bra under helgen. Jag tror att jag har fått en tarmficka. Men genom att ätit snäll mat och druckit mycket i helgen har den lugnat ner sig.

Vissa dagar använder jag mig av ett armband (Polar Loop, se bilder nedan) som visar hur många steg jag tagit, vad klockan är, hur många kcal jag gjort av med osv. När jag började använda detta armband, hade jag det på mig dygnet runt. Det gav mig en uppfattning om hur mycket jag rörde på mig och hur jag sov på nätterna. Idag svullnar mina handleder så mycket på natten att det t o m hänt att armbandet spänts upp och åkt av. Därför använder jag det endast dagtid och dagar när jag vet att jag ska gå lite mer än vanligt. Idag tog jag det på mig innan jag åkte ner till mötet i stan och tog av mig det när jag kom hem ikväll. 21.500 steg har jag tagit idag. I appen anger man bl a vikt och längd och vilket mål man har m.m. Enligt deras kalkylering har jag gjort av med 2.431 kcal. Vilket är ett bra resultat och jag är nöjd!

Kvällen har försvunnit av samtal och tankar… Nu är det dags att sova, natti natti
